The client wanted to maintain communication with its 900 associates in 115 countries beyond their one-week live-in training sessions. These associates needed a forum to learn from mentors and exchange ideas with their colleagues all over the world.
The Solution.
We developed a series of video and web conferences where participants interacted in real time with peers and senior supervisors halfway around the world.
The Return on Investment.
During an 18-month period, 90% of countries took part and 100% of the participants found this format to be extremely beneficial for continuing the idea exchange that began during their one-week live-in sessions.
